Support for Equitable Healthcare

Posh Technologies profoundly cares for our employees as well as their families' health and well-being. In light of recent events, Posh Technologies intends to stand with and for our employees and their right to choose the healthcare that suits them and their families. 

We would be remiss if we did not highlight that Posh would not be Posh without the women who helped build it. Posh has known from inception that employees can't do their best work without being their best selves. Being their best selves includes access to healthcare.

Further, as a remote-first company, it is our responsibility to support our employees in accessing healthcare regardless of where they choose to live.

Effective immediately, Posh will financially support:

• The relocation of employees to any state with supportive healthcare
• Travel expense reimbursement for healthcare in other states 

Posh will continue to provide support as this develops.
