BOSTON, Mass. (May 4, 2023) –Posh Technologies, the conversational AI provider for banks and credit unions, is excited to announce its partnership with Inclusiv, an organization whose mission is to help low- and moderate-income people and communities achieve financial independence through credit unions, through their Financial Inclusion Technology (FIT) Center. Posh will become a FIT Center Partner and help expand upon Inclusiv’s mission of empowerment and giving underserved communities access to financial and banking freedom.
Inclusiv works to remove barriers to financial opportunities by providing capital, making connections, building capacity, developing innovative products and services and advocating for our member community development credit unions (CDCUs). At Posh, we believe in democratizing access to banking by empowering financial institutions with the benefits of conversational AI. Posh’s suite of Conversational AI solutions is purposefully designed to help financial institutions to better serve their communities.
Together, this partnership will allow both Inclusiv and Posh to expand their network and bring greater access to banking equality to a larger number of communities.
“Inclusiv is proud to welcome Posh Technologies as an Inclusiv FIT Center partner. Inclusiv continues to help our member credit unions to embrace digital banking as a primary member service channel. Posh’s leading conversational AI technology enables credit unions, big and small, to harness the power and promise of AI to more comprehensively meet the banking needs of low/moderate-income working families and individuals that often struggle to find time during the day to contact their credit union. Through our partnership with Posh, smaller credit unions will have access to AI technology that can meaningfully expand financial inclusion!” - Peter Rubenstein, VP of Technology, Innovation & Analytics, Inclusiv.
“Smaller institutions are often left behind in the financial landscape, lacking access to cutting-edge technologies like AI. Our partnership with Inclusiv is a significant step towards bridging this gap. Our shared values and strategic solutions will enable us to make a meaningful difference in the industry, and we’re excited to expand access to technologies like conversational AI.” - Karan Kashyap, CEO of Posh AI.
Founded in 1974, Inclusiv empowers its member credit unions to advance financial inclusion for everyone through advocacy, education, technology, and investment initiatives designed to create wealth-building opportunities in communities excluded from the financial mainstream. Inclusiv was instrumental in establishing the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund in 1994, is a certified CDFI intermediary, and a permanent member of the national CDFI Coalition.
