What a year!

We’ve reached the end of an incredible year of growth and success both in the AI industry and here at Posh AI. By embracing AI, our partners and clients enhanced customer experiences and boosted operational efficiency. Generative AI saw significant breakthroughs, solidifying its status as the fastest-growing industry. The democratization of AI and ongoing innovation resulted in widespread adoption by tech companies. However, increased adoption comes with the implementation of stricter regulations in the AI industry.

At Posh, we have fully embraced the rapid pace of change and innovation in this field. We are thrilled to have introduced Posh Knowledge Assistant, our latest Generative AI product, and we significantly improved our Posh Portal. We developed new analytics allowing clients to gain further insights through complete data visibility, helped clients to dive deeper into user conversations with enhanced chat logs now with phone number search, enabled clients to tailor their bots routing to align specifically with their institutions' needs, and much more. Coming very soon.. we have also created a Voice Content Studio that allows clients to manage bot responses quickly.

We’ve implemented even stricter security, privacy, and compliance protocols to align with our clients’ needs and now have our SOC 2 Type 2 Certification and CSA Star Level 2 Attestation. Our company continues to grow in number of employees across the AI and financial industry sector, expanding by an impressive 37% this year. We now have Poshies in 27 states and 3 Canadian provinces. Additionally, we have hosted seven webinars centered on assisting clients in enhancing their customer experience, addressing industry developments, staying ahead of the curve and exploring innovative ways to responsibly leverage AI for added value. We also held a client summit and actively participated in 24 in-person events.

We take immense pride in welcoming 33 new clients who deployed at least one of our Posh products and are creating helpful banking moments for their customers. Our client success team partnered with clients on strategy, ensuring that chats and calls were effectively handled. Moreover, we have saved clients millions of dollars and ensured exceptional banking assistance for our valued clients.

We are still in the early stages of AI development and know there is a long journey ahead for Posh to continue supporting banks and credit unions. As we navigate this evolving landscape, we remain committed to advancing innovative solutions that cater to the specific needs and challenges of our financial partners.
